The URIN SYSTEM Plus is a microbiological test system that contains lyophilized biochemical and antibiotic substrates for germ count determination, identification, and susceptibility testing directly from urine samples. After microorganisms are microscopically detected in the urine sediment, the system is inoculated with a urine dilution and incubated at 36 °C ± 1 °C for 18-24 hours. The test results are interpreted by color changes in the various wells.
