Shipping policy

As of April 1, 2026

We ship our products within Germany free of shipping costs for orders with a net value of €200.00 or more.

An additional transport insurance fee of 0.75% of the net value of the goods applies to medical devices.

For end customers: For parcel shipments of orders within Germany with a net value of less than €200.00, we charge shipping costs of €6.90 (plus VAT). Shipping is carried out via UPS or DHL.

For commercial customers and resellers: For parcel shipments of orders within Germany to a German delivery address, we charge shipping costs of €15.00 (plus VAT). Shipping is carried out via UPS or DHL.


Express shipping is also available upon request. Delivery and shipping costs depend on the quantity and/or weight of the goods being shipped. We will inform you of these costs in the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact us by email at service(at)aurosan.de.
