NADAL® qPCR System - Single Sample Analyzer
The NADAL® qPCR System is a practical Point-of-Care (POC) PCR system that enables the amplification and identification of DNA from specific pathogens using isothermal polymerase chain reaction (polymerase-chain-reaction / nucleic acid amplification NAT), subsequent hybridization, and final photometric fluorescence measurement. The method is also called RHAM technology (RNase Hybridization Assisted Amplification).
The core components are the test kits with a swab, DNA extraction solution, and a test cassette with PCR primers and hybridization probes, which eliminate the need for complex pipetting, etc.
