Distance chart with Lea symbols (front) and E-hooks (back).

Thanks to the LEA symbols, this distance chart is ideal for children aged 3 and above, and for illiterate individuals. The measurement scales are given in the metric system and in Snellen (foot measure), but can also be read directly as decimal visual acuity. Visual acuity can be measured from 0.125 to 2.5, at a test distance of 3 meters. The front side contains 15 lines with Lea symbols, the back side 15 lines with E-hooks.
