The catheters offer good wearing comfort, excellent tissue compatibility, and low incrustation tendency due to 100% silicone. They are equipped with an integral balloon, meaning the shaft has no change in caliber. This prevents painful compressions on the fascia during insertion. The tip is short and centrally open. For radiological imaging, there is an X-ray contrast strip on the catheter. Furthermore, these are MRI-compatible.
