The catheters offer high wearing comfort, excellent tissue compatibility, and low encrustation tendency due to 100% silicone. They are equipped with an integral balloon, meaning the shaft has no change in caliber. This prevents painful compressions of the fascia during insertion. The tip is short and centrally open. For radiological visualization, there is an X-ray contrast strip on the catheter. Additionally, these are MRI-compatible.
