The catheters offer high wearing comfort, excellent tissue compatibility, and a low tendency to incrustation due to 100% silicone. They are equipped with an integral balloon, meaning the shaft has no caliber change. This prevents painful compressions at the fascia during insertion. The tip is short and centrally open. For radiological imaging, an X-ray contrast strip is located on the catheter. Furthermore, these are MRI-compatible.
