The Cardiofax V ECG device was designed for optimal diagnostic assessment in resting and exercise ECGs. The Cardiofax V supports all users in their routine tasks with efficient workflows and by providing comprehensive clinical data for reliable diagnosis.
Practical tools, such as customizable Smart Keys or a help function for attaching ECG electrodes, improve the user's workflow.
The syncECi18 technology provides 18-channel ECG data based on a 12-channel ECG. This optimizes patient safety and provides valuable services in triage without additional workload for the user.
- Good visibility: The large 12" color touchscreen displays ECG waveforms and analysis results.
- Easy operation: For intuitive operation, buttons are displayed on the right side of the touchscreen. Configurable Smart Keys on the main unit simplify operation.
- Efficient processes: The Start/Stop button on the patient input box improves the user's workflow. An alarm notification with display on the screen reports detached electrodes. The patient ID check function indicates missing patient data and reports when two limb leads have been detached for more than 5 seconds without the patient data being changed.
- Reliable diagnosis: Cardiofax V features a digital input box with noise resistance. The ECG signals are digitized, reducing interference from the mains power supply.
- Electronic recording: The preview function allows waveforms and analysis results to be checked before printing. In a paperless workflow, waveforms and analysis results can be transferred to a PC for evaluation via SD card (PDF format), LAN, WIFI or DICOM. Printing can be done via an internal or external printer.
- Easy data transfer: Up to 18,000 resting ECG files can be stored in memory. Approximately 48,000 resting ECG files can be stored on an SD card.
- Optional exercise ECG function: To create a 12-lead exercise ECG, Cardiofax V can be connected to a treadmill or ergometer (*).

- ECAPS 12C analysis program: Enables simultaneous 12-lead ECG acquisition from 10 to 24 seconds and analysis with approximately 200 findings and 5 finding categories. ECAPS 12C can also recognize the typical waveforms of a Brugada electrocardiogram.
Note: The German MPBetreibV (Medical Device Operator Ordinance) requires device instruction and safety-technical controls (STK) at 2-year intervals for medical devices. These are not included in the purchase price. Of course, we are happy to offer you instruction and STK. Please inquire!
