With the ABI measurement system, boso closes an important gap in cardiovascular diagnostics. The ankle-brachial index (ABI) is the most powerful predictor of heart attack, stroke, and mortality. The boso ABI-system makes it much easier, faster, and more precise to determine this crucial value, so that the examination can be performed as a routine check on every patient. With the boso profil-manager XD software, you can make a diagnosis in seconds.

In addition, arterial stiffness can be diagnosed using pulse wave velocity, which increases with advancing arteriosclerosis and elevates pulse wave velocity.
