The suprapubic BlueCath 2-way integral balloon catheter is made of 100% silicone. It is equipped with an integral balloon. For secure fixation of the catheters in the bladder, we recommend our blocker syringe with a ten percent glycerol solution.
The BlueCath silicone catheters can remain in place during magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); re-catheterization is not necessary as the high-quality silicone material is MRI-compatible.
