Biolito is an affordable digital stimulator for incontinence therapy with an additional pain program.
In addition to the presets, individual program creation – divided into up to 5 phases – is possible according to your own wishes/requirements.

The pelvic floor muscles are regularly electrically stimulated (trained). As a result, Biolito helps in the treatment of certain forms of incontinence:

• In the case of stress incontinence, the muscle groups belonging to the closing mechanism are no longer fully functional. When pressure increases (e.g. due to sneezing, coughing, laughing or physical exertion), urine loss occurs even without the urge to urinate.
• In the case of urge incontinence, the closing mechanism of the bladder and urethra is usually fully functional. Often, expulsive movements of the bladder occur that cannot be voluntarily suppressed. This is referred to as an overactive bladder muscle. The urge to urinate is no longer controllable, and the pressure of the bladder becomes so strong that the resistance of the healthy sphincter system is overcome.
• In a mixed form of stress and urge incontinence, both a weakness of the sphincter system and an overactive bladder muscle are present.
• In the case of faecal incontinence, there is a dysfunction of the closing system of the rectum (external anal sphincter). Controlled release of bowel contents is no longer possible. Here, rectal probes are used for locally optimized impulse delivery.
