The BETA®200 / 200 S Ophthalmoscopes are the only ones with an aluminium frame. The optical components are flush-mounted into a cast aluminium frame, preventing decentring and making the instrument resistant to minor impacts.

The BETA®200 S Ophthalmoscope has a Rekoss disc with 28 individual lenses, which prevents higher refractive errors.
74 single-dioptre steps on the continuous lens wheel avoid extreme dioptre jumps (-36 dpt. to +38 dpt.).
Stepless brightness control between 100% and 3% (patent pending) with one-finger operation.
No stray light thanks to the recessed, multi-coated viewing window – for a reliable diagnostic basis.
