The ASS 190 Slide Stainer reliably supports your daily work in a medium-sized histological laboratory. The system automates the entire staining process, ensures reproducible results, and significantly relieves your team – for more efficiency and precision with every sample.
The modern microprocessor-controlled system stands for stable and precise processes. Two baskets can be operated in parallel with different protocols, which significantly increases efficiency in the laboratory. Programming remains flexible: up to 25 steps per program as well as a freely selectable start and end point allow optimal adaptation to various applications.
Integrated protection mechanisms ensure that incorrect operation is reduced or device damage is avoided. Thanks to automatic position finding, the basket always returns independently to the defined station. An alarm function reliably warns of faulty processes. Interrupted processes can be resumed easily at any time.
High-performance stepper motors ensure quiet and precise operation with exact positioning and low noise levels. The low-maintenance design with smooth surfaces facilitates cleaning. An activated carbon filter contributes to a clean laboratory environment. The fine sensor technology protects tissue samples by preventing damage from blocked basket movements. In addition, inlet and outlet lines enable a flexible flushing function at all times.
