96-well microplate, V-bottom

These 96 V-well Microtitre Plates from Alpha Laboratories are manufactured from uncoated, transparent, UV-transmissible polystyrene. The static-free microplates incorporate a moulded alphanumeric index with row and column identifiers. Cut-away corners are situated at positions H1 and H2 of the microplate for easy orientation. The microplates have a length of 128mm and a width of 86mm. They feature raised well rims to prevent cross contamination. Samples can be protected further with the use of the polystyrene lid (Catalogue No. FX9031S) which has a raised rim for convenient stacking of the microplates. The 230µl capacity, conical bottom wells are best suited to applications where high sample recovery is crucial. The 96 V-well Microtitre Plates are supplied sterile and individually wrapped in a pack of 100. A non sterile pack of 10 x 10 is also offered. Alpha Laboratories also supply U-Well (round bottom) and F-Well (flat bottom) Microtitre Plates to suit various applications.
