1-300µl Low-Retention Pipette Tips

These non-sterile 1-300µl low retention tips are high clarity, natural coloured tips. Due to their universal design, tips are compatible with a wide range of popular branded pipettor models, including Alpha+ range of pipettors. They have a length of 31mm and are graduated for quick volume checking at 10µl, 50µl, 100µl and 200µl. Alpha Laboratories low retention tips are manufactured from a specially formulated hydrophobic resin, which gives users a greater level of confidence and control during pipetting. The enhanced hydrophobicity results in less fluid retention and less sample loss than standard tips, perfect for working with particularly viscous fluids. The clean fluid release also means less time is wasted waiting for the last drop to fall from the end of the tip. Furthermore, the thinner walls and fine tapered tip construction remove the need to touch off on the vessel wall. Smaller volumes can be confidently handled without compromising pipetting precision and accuracy. Stringent quality standards according to ISO 9001:2008 are observed from R&D through to production and delivery. Every batch of tips must pass the highest quality assurance testing. The tips are certified RNase, DNase DNA and Pyrogen Free. Sterile tips are further irradiated with electron beam. Tips can be autoclaved at 121°C and 100kPa for 15 minutes. The non-sterile 1-300µl low retention tips are supplied in 10 racks of 96 tips.
