APEX® NoStick™ Microcentrifuge Tubes are ideal for sample collection, processing, and storage. These versatile and durable conical bottom tubes are made from a proprietary homopolymer polypropylene formulation. The resulting “No-Stick” ultra-low adhesion tube eliminates the need to coat the tube with any other material, making it the perfect alternative to siliconized tubes. APEX® NoStick™ Tubes will not react with samples at all, making them ideal for RNA and DNA work. The 0.5 mL conical bottom, graduated flip-cap tube is 30.23 mm in height with an opening having an outer diameter of 7.75 mm and an inner diameter of 6.10 mm. The flip cap has an outer diameter of 10.16 mm. APEX® NoStick™ Microcentrifuge Tubes are graduated in 100 µL increments for more accurate sample volume estimation and feature a frosted writing area for easy labeling. A wide variety of racks are also available for benchtop work or for safe, long-term storage of tubes in the freezer. Tubes can be centrifuged at up to 20,000 x g. They are autoclavable and suitable for boiling applications. They can be used in a temperature range of -90 °C to 121 °C.
