These sample shipping packs are a unique packaging concept that makes packing Category B patient samples simple and cost-effective. Provided your primary container meets 95 kPa requirements, they replace secondary packaging, combining the absorbent material and rigid container into a single unit. Simply add a padded envelope or bag as outer packaging.

SpeciSafe® Packs offer a safe, practical and economical sample packaging solution. SpeciSafe replaces secondary packaging and combines a unique, internally bonded, superabsorbent lining in a one-piece, shock-resistant container.
This can be placed directly into a padded envelope or bag and is then ready for shipping. In addition, the SpeciSafe pack dimensions minimize postage costs. Depending on the size of the sample vials, they can be sent as a large letter or a small parcel. SpeciSafe packs are available in various designs and fit perfectly with commonly used 95 kPa sample containers.

The unique feature of Specisafe packaging products is an internally bonded, superabsorbent lining that absorbs any leakage in seconds.
The material is so absorbent that 1 m² can absorb up to 20 liters of liquid.
Once the lining has absorbed the maximum amount of liquid, it becomes a waterproof barrier and effectively seals the SpeciSafe pack to prevent any leakage from the secondary container.
