The MyLab C30 is esaote's flagship mobile ultrasound system and is in no way inferior to many stationary devices.
The esaote MyLab E30 GTS is also based on the MyLab C30 and additionally includes a comprehensive package for indications where data fusion between different imaging methods such as MRI and ultrasound is desired, for active 3D model-software-controlled support of diagnostic or therapeutic punctures. Esaote has coined the branding "GTS" = Guided Therapies System for this purpose.
The E30GTS is functionally identical to the E85GTS (stationary device) except for its prostate map.Its mobility - it is usually used on an active cart with multiple transducer connections in combination with the esaote ETC-Design, i.e. fully sealed touch panels, predestines it for use in the operating room, in outpatient surgical centers, hospitals, as well as in large practices.Unlike most stationary devices from other manufacturers, it is also easier to clean, making it stand out positively in terms of hygiene.
For the GTS line, in addition to the probes for either E80 or C30, there are three probes (L, C, E) with special support from the GTS software modules.
Typical disciplines for the GTS line are urology (prostate puncture), gynecology (breast puncture), internal medicine (liver, kidney puncture), but also MRI-related therapeutic settings, e.g. in radiology, when not only diagnostic but also therapeutic punctures are performed, e.g. for the placement of radioseeds, pacemakers, etc.
The magnetic antenna-supported automatic 3D rendering allows for easy handling and application in many different uses.
The device remains a practical everyday device at the same time.
For urology (prostate biopsy), for example, the following are relevant:

For urology (prostate biopsy), for example, the following are relevant:
-works with monoplanar or (preferably) biplanar probe;
-works freehand or with template guidance (stepper & template)
-works with transrectal or (preferably) perineal puncture technique
-cost-effective access to one of the most modern software, incl. auto-rendering, 3D auto-corrections for patient movement and changes in probe position
