Ultrasound Philips Lumify L12-4 / S4-1 / C5-2 Bundle
The Philips Lumify is a portable, highly mobile ultrasound system designed for interdisciplinary use. The system consists of a transducer with integrated signal processing, which is connected via a USB interface to a commercially available Android device (tablet or smartphone; also possible with iOS devices with an additional accessory). Depending on the clinical question, various transducer variants are available, including a broadband linear, a convex, and a sector transducer (Phaser), allowing for a wide range of diagnostic applications.
The Lumify enables real-time assessment of blood flow directly at the point of care. The integrated pulsed-wave Doppler expands 2D and color Doppler imaging with an additional diagnostic dimension. Detailed hemodynamic information is available to the user, enabling a differentiated analysis of blood flow – in particular, for distinguishing between arterial and venous flow conditions and for quantifying hemodynamic parameters within the framework of functional vascular diagnostics.
