Rinse Cuvette

The rinse cuvette is a plastic container positioned in the device similar to the staining cuvettes. It contains rinse or water solution that is used during a staining cycle to rinse slides after a stain or to clean them of excess reagents.

This rinsing is important because it improves the quality of the staining, reduces background staining, and ensures that subsequent steps (e.g., drying or evaluation) are not affected by residual reagents.
