Sabouraud Agar with Chloramphenicol and Cycloheximide is a highly selective medium for the isolation of pathogenic fungi from materials containing a large flora of other fungi and bacteria.
It is not a universal medium for the isolation of all fungi (including molds and saprophytic yeasts).
