RWBC Staining Solution - 2x35ml

Laboratory reagent for staining cellular and solid components in microscopic examinations, e.g. for staining urinary sediment.
The dye solution contains crystal violet, safranin O and ammonium oxalate in an ethanolic solution.

Procedure: Add 2 drops of staining solution to 1 ml of the transparent liquid to be examined (e.g. urine containing the sediment). Mix with a (sediment) pipette. Place 1 drop of the stained suspension on the slide or in the counting chamber, e.g. Fast-Read 102 Kova. Microscopic evaluation of the stained components (e.g. urine sediment components) according to standard protocol.
