The Q-Box is a body plethysmography system that allows for the measurement of static lung volumes (TLC, RV, TGV) and airway resistance and conductance (RAW, GAW) using body plethysmography. Spirometry and the measurement of respiratory mechanics are standard features of the Q-Box and can be performed either inside or outside the cabin.

Note: The MPBetreibV (Medical Device Operator Ordinance) applicable in Germany requires device instruction, as well as safety inspections (STK) at 2-year intervals, for medical devices. These are not included in the purchase price.
