- Safe and non-slip setup thanks to height-adjustable rubber feet. Level for precise leveling / aligning a scale with foot screws and a level. Required for calibrated scales, as inclining causes measurement errors.
- Large, non-slip weighing platform for optimal stability
- Vibration-free weighing: Vibrations are filtered out to determine a stable weighing value, ideal for patients who cannot stand still - Automatic Data Hold function, Hold function: the weight display is "frozen" for 10 seconds when weighing stops. This allows enough time to read the weight value at leisure.
- Mother-child function: the mother's weight, determined by weighing, is set to zero at the touch of a button. Mother and child are then weighed together. The child's weight is then displayed directly. Particularly pleasant for small children, who can thus be weighed safely and securely in their mother's arms.

Calibration: According to EU Directive 2009/23/EC, scales must be officially calibrated if they are used as follows:
- In commercial transactions, when the price of a good is determined by weighing.
- In the manufacture of medicines in pharmacies and for analyses in medical and pharmaceutical laboratories.
- For official purposes.
- In the manufacture of pre-packaged goods.
- In healthcare.
Each scale is inspected by the calibration office and provided with the calibration mark. This confirms its accuracy within the permissible calibration tolerance. The scope of the EU calibration extends to all EU member states.
