Oxi/Ferm™ Pluri Test (Kit for 10 Tests)

Test for the identification of Gram-negative, oxidase-positive bacteria

The Oxi-/FermPluri-Test is a multi-well strip with 12 reaction chambers containing selective culture media. These culture media allow the identification of Gram-negative and oxidase-positive bacteria isolated from clinical and environmental samples. The system allows simultaneous inoculation of all media in the system and reading of 14 biochemical reactions. Microorganisms are identified by evaluating the color change of the different culture media after 48 hours incubation at 36 ± 1 °C, using a code obtained from the interpretation of the biochemical reaction.
