The Neubauer counting chamber has a double grid division with a counting grid of 9 large squares, each 1 mm². The 4 large squares in the corners are each divided into 16 squares with a side length of 0.25 mm. The central large square of the counting grid is divided into 16 group squares, each with a side length of 0.2 mm, with each group square in turn consisting of 16 small squares, each with a side length of 0.05 mm and an area of 0.0025 mm².
The Neubauer counting chamber is CE certified and comes with two cover slips.
