NADAL® qPCR System - 8-Sample Analyzer
The NADAL® qPCR System is a practical Point-of-Care (POC) PCR system that enables the amplification and identification of DNA from specific pathogens using isothermal polymerase chain reaction (polymerase-chain-reaction / nucleic acid amplification NAT), subsequent hybridization, and final photometric fluorescence measurement. The method is also called RHAM technology (RNase Hybridization Assisted Amplification).
The core of the system consists of test kits with a swab, DNA extraction solution, and test cassette with PCR primers and hybridization probes, which eliminate the need for elaborate pipetting, etc.
