The MICRONAUT 1640 Medium + MOPS + Glucose (incl. AST-Reagent Kit) is used in conjunction with the MICRONAUT-AM AFST plate for resistance testing of yeasts or cryptococci against the following 9 antifungals (MIC determination using the microbroth dilution method): Amphotericin B, 5-Fluorocytosine, Anidulafungin, Caspofungin, Micafungin, Fluconazole, Itraconazole, Posaconazole, and Voriconazole. For the identification or differentiation of yeasts, we recommend our Candifast System.
