The MICRONAUT-AM AFST plate allows for the resistance testing of yeasts or cryptococci with the MICRONAUT system against the following 9 antifungals (MIC determination using the broth microdilution method):
Amphotericin B, 5-Fluorocytosine, Anidulafungin, Caspofungin, Micafungin, Fluconazole, Itraconazole, Posaconazole, and Voriconazole.
Required medium: MICRONAUT 1640 medium + MOPS + Glucose.

Scope of delivery: 40 plates including unperforated sealing foils
