The MICRONAUT-AM AFST plate allows resistance testing of yeasts or Cryptococci with the MICRONAUT system against the following 9 antifungals (MIC determination using the microbroth dilution method):
Amphotericin B, 5-Fluorocytosine, Anidulafungin, Caspofungin, Micafungin, Fluconazole, Itraconazole, Posaconazole and Voriconazole.
Required medium: MICRONAUT 1640 medium + MOPS + Glucose.
