These padded envelopes are ideal for shipping Category B biological samples in conjunction with SpeciSafe mailers. The primary receptacle, which must be 95 kPa compliant, can be packed into the appropriate SpeciSafe mailer and then placed into the Mail Tuff envelope. This package then conforms to UN3373 P650 packaging instruction for road transport for Category B biological samples. In addition, the final package size, in most cases, is small enough to be sent at large letter rates, significantly reducing postage costs.

The internal size of the envelope is 260 x 175mm with a 45mm wide self-seal strip for closure
