Helicobacter pylori Stool Tests (10 Test Cassettes)

This rapid test is used to identify an H. pylori infection (also known as Campylobacter pylori) from stool samples.
H.p. are bacteria that colonize the gastric mucosa and play a role in the pathogenesis of Type B gastritis, gastric lesions, and the majority of gastric ulcers and practically all duodenal ulcers.
Chronic H. pylori infection is a risk factor for the development of gastric carcinoma and MALT lymphoma.
In case of infection, eradication therapy is required to eliminate the bacteria.

This H. pylori stool test is a rapid qualitative detection of H. pylori antigens in stool. It is suitable for primary diagnosis and therapy control.
