The immersion medium dip-2 UrinAX CL/MC is suitable as a transport medium, as well as for bacterial count determination and for the selective cultivation of bacteria in urine.
UrinAX consists of a closed container with a 2-sided agar culture medium carrier with 2 media:
Side 1: The CLED agar (green) is used to determine the total bacterial count in urine.
Side 2: The MacConkey agar (reddish) for the selective cultivation of Enterobacteriaceae.
