50 single-use test kits for determining the differential blood count for the DP-H10 blood analyzer. The kits include the test cassettes and the necessary pipette tips. CRP (high-sensitivity C-reactive protein) and/or SAA (serum amyloid A protein) can be determined immunonephelometrically in parallel with the blood count. Additional kits are available for this purpose.

(a) Diluent (R1 à 4.5 ml): It is used for sample dilution and for the preparation of cell suspensions. It is a solution with a specific ionic strength.
and conductivity, which can thin the blood and form the sheath flow, thereby creating a stable environment for blood (single) cell counting.
(b) Lysis buffer (R2 à 0.3ml): Used to lyse red blood cells, release hemoglobin and thus enable the quantitative determination of hemoglobin (Hb or Hgb)
to enable and increase the discriminatory power in determining the leukocyte count and leukocyte differentiation by size.
