Densitometer DEN-1 Biosan

The biosan densitometer is a cost-effective solution for ensuring a standard in inoculum preparation for antibiograms. This applies to all methods, whether manual with a stamp and plates/rings or for inoculating microtiter plates for automated systems like the MICRONAUT.

The corresponding MacFarland standards for regular calibration, which can be performed in-house, are also available from us.

The densitometer measures in glass tubes with 16 or 18 mm diameter and a fill volume of at least 2 ml.
