Combi-Racks Twist-Lock (4 pcs.)

The Twist-Lock Combirack offers a space-saving, convenient way to accommodate multiple sample sizes from 0.5 ml to 50 ml tubes and also holds PCR tube strips and PCR plates. It comes as a set of four colorful, 4-sided racks that can be rotated and interlocked in any arrangement for the user. Each rack can accommodate different sized tubes on each side and can be mixed in different combinations with the other racks to provide a workstation suitable for many applications. The racks have a robust polypropylene construction that can be autoclaved at up to 121 °C and are suitable for use in low-temperature applications (-80 °C). Each rack is 108 mm long, 108 mm wide, and 69 mm high. The small footprint of the Twist-Lock Combirack fits comfortably on a workbench, under a hood, and in a variety of other applications. It was specifically designed for the convenient storage of up to 2 x 50 ml centrifuge tubes (maximum diameter 30 mm), 8 x 15 ml centrifuge tubes (maximum diameter 18 mm), 12 x 1.5 ml to 2.0 ml microcentrifuge tubes (maximum diameter 11 mm) or 6 x 0.5 ml microcentrifuge tubes (maximum diameter 8 mm). 96-well PCR plates with or without skirt fit over 2 racks. The racks can also accommodate 6 x 8-tube PCR strips, 12-tube PCR strips (8 strips fit over 2 racks) and 48 x 0.2 ml PCR tubes.
