The suprapubic BlueCath 2-way integral balloon catheter is made of 100% silicone. It is equipped with an integral balloon. For secure fixation of the catheters in the bladder, we recommend our blocker syringe with ten percent glycerol solution.
The BlueCath silicone catheters can remain in place during magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); re-catheterization is not necessary as the high-quality silicone material is MRI-compatible.
