BARD® MAGNUM® Biopsy System
The BARD® MAGNUM® Biopsy Instrument is a spring-loaded, reusable core tissue biopsy instrument. It has adjustable penetration depths of 15 mm and 22 mm.
The MAGNUM® Biopsy System (instrument and needles) is intended for obtaining biopsy specimens from soft tissues such as liver, kidney, prostate, breast, spleen, lymph nodes, and various soft tissue tumors.
The MAGNUM® instrument is distributed non-sterile and must be decontaminated and processed (e.g., cleaned, lubricated, etc.) by the end-user prior to use.
Various biopsy needles are available for the Magnum instrument for single or multiple-coaxial biopsy specimen collection. Please contact us. We will be happy to advise you.
