200µl Reference Pipette Tips

These sterile 200 µl beveled, racked, graduated universal tips from Alpha Laboratories are ideal for accurate pipetting of small sample volumes. The tips are 50 mm in length and graduated at 10 µl, 20 µl, 50 µl, 100 µl and 200 µl. They have been manufactured from high quality, non-cytotoxic, radiation stabilized, medical-grade virgin polypropylene. The resin is pre-tested to detect any extractables that may interfere with PCR or DNA. Resins with high extractable content in the 240 nm to 320 nm range are excluded from production. These tips offer versatility, being compatible with a range of major brand pipettes. The wide sealing area provides a secure fit with the pipette, whilst the bevelled end retains less fluid, making it a great choice for a wide variety of procedures. Each batch of tips is tested and certified to be RNase, DNase, DNA and endotoxin/pyrogen free. If the product is labelled sterile, sterilisation is by gamma irradiation. The sterilisation process follows ISO 11137 procedures for sterility. The tips can also be autoclaved at 122 °C for 20 minutes at 15 psi.
