APEX® NoStick™ microcentrifuge tubes are ideal for sample recovery, processing, and storage. These versatile and durable conical-bottom tubes are manufactured from a proprietary formula of homopolymer polypropylene. The resulting ultra-low adhesion "No-Stick" tube eliminates the need for coating the tube with any other material and presents the perfect alternative to siliconized tubes. APEX® NoStick™ tubes are completely non-reactive with samples, making them ideal for RNA and DNA work. The 2.0mL conical bottom, graduated flip-cap tube is 39.37mm high with an opening external diameter of 10.67mm and an internal diameter of 9.09mm. The flip cap has an external diameter of 13.21mm. APEX® NoStick™ microcentrifuge tubes are graduated in 100µL increments for more accurate sample volume estimation and feature a frosted labeling surface for easy sample identification. A wide selection of racks is also available for working on the benchtop or for secure, long-term freezer storage of tubes. The tubes can be centrifuged at up to 20,000 x g. They are autoclavable and suitable for boiling applications. They can be used in a temperature range from -90 °C to 121 °C. APEX® NoStick™ microcentrifuge tubes are certified RNase, DNase, and DNA free. They are natural in color and can also be ordered in many other colors. They are supplied in a pack of 250.
