13 x 75 mm Polystyrene tubes, non-sterile (4000 pcs.)

These 4.5 mL round-bottom test tubes are manufactured from high-clarity virgin polystyrene. They are 75mm in length and 12mm in diameter and were molded in one-piece molds to ensure tube-to-tube consistency. The tubes fit standard test tube racks. They are rimless and can be sealed with plug caps for convenient sample storage. The test tubes can be centrifuged at up to 1400 g and are suitable for use at temperatures up to 80 °C. They exhibit moderate chemical resistance, making them suitable for applications involving aqueous solutions, mild bases, and weak acids. They should not be used with volatile liquids. Polystyrene test tubes are the ideal option for RIA, coagulation, blood grouping, bacteriology, sample, or dilution protocols. The round bottom test tubes are supplied non-sterile in 4 packs of 1000.
