1.5 ml True-Lock Microcentrifuge Tubes, non-stainless steel (500 count)
APEX® "True-Lock" microcentrifuge tubes feature a secure locking mechanism, providing additional safety for your samples during critical steps such as boiling, freezing, centrifugation, and shipping. The innovative CLIKLOK™ design includes a clasp that can be bent upwards to secure the cap and prevent accidental opening of these tubes. The tubes feature easy-to-read graduations at 0.5, 1.0, and 1.5 ml. Lids can be easily pierced with a syringe needle. An etched writing area is provided on the side of the tube and on the cap for sample identification.
Made from durable polypropylene, these tubes can be autoclaved and used at extreme temperatures from -175 °C to +121 °C. The tubes have a reinforced bottom for extra protection against leakage and are rated for 20,000 g centrifugation. APEX® "True-Lock" tubes are suitable for a wide range of applications.
