APEX® Tough Microcentrifuge Tubes are ideal for sample collection, processing, and storage. These versatile and durable conical bottom tubes are manufactured from high-clarity, medical-grade polypropylene and are solidly constructed for high-speed centrifugation. The APEX® 1.5 mL conical bottom flip-cap tube is 39.11 mm tall with an opening outer diameter of 10.67 mm and an inner diameter of 9.14 mm. The flip-cap has an outer diameter of 13.21 mm. APEX® Tough Microcentrifuge tubes are graduated in 100 µL increments for more accurate estimations of sample volume and feature a frosted writing area for easy labeling. A wide selection of racks is also available for benchtop work or for secure long-term freezer storage of tubes. Tubes can be centrifuged at up to 20,000 g. They are autoclavable and suitable for boiling applications. They can be used in a temperature range of -90°C to 121°C. APEX® Tough Microcentrifuge tubes are certified RNase, DNase, and DNA-free.
