0.1-10µl Micro Pipette Tips,

Alpha Laboratories' 10 µl ultrafine, graduated, loose, non-sterile micropoint tips are ideal for accurate pipetting of micro-volume samples. The tips are 32 mm long and graduated at 2 µl and 10 µl. They have been manufactured from high quality, non-cytotoxic, radiation-stabilised, virgin medical-grade polypropylene. The resin is pre-tested to determine if extractables are present that would interfere with PCR or DNA. Resins with high levels of extractables in the 240 nm to 320 nm range are excluded from production. Each tip features a chamfered top entry allowing for easier tip insertion with a variety of popular brand pipettes. The ultra-fine tip point is not chamfered ensuring precise delivery of even the smallest amount of sample. Each batch of tips is tested and certified RNase, DNase, DNA and endotoxin/pyrogen free. Where the product is marked as sterile, sterilisation is by gamma irradiation. The sterilisation process follows ISO 11137 procedures for sterility. Tips can also be autoclaved at 122 °C for 20 minutes at 15 psi. The 10 µl ultrafine, graduated, loose, non-sterile micropoint tips are supplied in a pack of 1000.
