0.1-10µl low retention pipette tips

These 0.1-10 µl unsterile low retention tips are high clarity and natural color tips. Due to their universal design, the tips are compatible with a variety of pipette models from well-known brands, including the Alpha+ range of pipettes. They are 31 mm long and graduated at 2 µl and 10 µl for quick volume checking. Alpha Laboratories' low retention tips are made from a specially formulated hydrophobic resin that gives users a higher level of confidence and control when pipetting. The improved hydrophobicity ensures less fluid retention and less sample loss than standard tips, perfect for working with particularly viscous liquids. The release of the cleaning fluid also means less time is wasted waiting for the last drop to fall from the end of the tip. In addition, the thinner walls and finely tapered tip design eliminate the need to put on the vessel wall. Smaller volumes can be handled safely without compromising pipetting precision and accuracy. Strict quality standards according to ISO 9001:2008 are maintained from research and development to production and delivery. Each batch of tips must pass the highest quality assurance tests. The tips are certified RNase-, DNase-DNA- and pyrogen-free. Sterile tips are further irradiated with electron beams. The tips can be autoclaved at 121 °C and 100 kPa for 15 minutes.
