The MICRONAUT-AM AFST plate permits the easy determination of MIC of the following 9 antifungal agents against yeast or cryptococci with the MICRONAUT system:

Amphotericin B, 5-Fluorocytosin, Anidulafungin, Caspofungin, Micafungin, Fluconazole, Itraconazole, Posaconazole und Voriconazole.

Required growth media: MICRONAUT 1640 medium + MOPS + glucose

For identification / differentiation of yeast we recommend our Candifast test system.
