The MICRONAUT 1640 media + MOPS + glucose (inkl. AST-Reagent Kit) is used in combination with the MICRONAUT-AM AFST plate to easily determine the MIC of the following 9 antifungal agents against yeast or cryptococci with the MICRONAUT system: Amphotericin B, 5-Fluorocytosin, Anidulafungin, Caspofungin, Micafungin, Fluconazole, Itraconazole, Posaconazole and Voriconazole. *** For identification / differentiation of yeast we recommend our Candifast test system.
