50 test kits for determining the differential blood count for single use for the blood analyzer DP-H10. In addition to the test cassettes, the required pipette tips are also included. Parallel to the determination of the blood count, CRP (C-reactive protein, high-sensitive) and/or SAA (serum amyloid A protein) can be determined immunonephelometrically. Additional kits must be purchased for this.

The test kits contain the following two components:
(a) Diluent (R1 á 4.5ml): Es used for sample dilution and for preparing cell suspensions. It is a solution with a certain ionic strength
and conductivity that can dilute the blood and form the sheath flow, creating a stable environment for blood (single) cell counting .
(b) Lysis Buffer (R2 á 0.3ml): Used to lyse red blood cells, releasing hemoglobin and thus the quantitative determination of hemoglobin (Hb or Hgb)
and to increase the selectivity when determining the leukocyte count and leukocyte differentiation by size.
