Wash checks - RDG indicator plates

The wash checks represent a chemical test system for checking the cleaning performance of cleaning and disinfection devices (WD) in daily routine operation.

Indicator plates with test soiling are carried along with the normal load during the program run of the WD device . After running the program, the cleaning result is assessed using the field of test soiling. If the cleaning result is optimal, the test soiling has been removed.

For the optimal placement of the indicator plate in the RDG, there is the Wash-Checks holder, into which the indicator plate is pushed laterally and which is inserted or hung in the RDG ( e.g. on the instrument basket).
