Instructions for AUROSAN customer registration


Are you already a customer of AUROSAN?
When registering in our web shop www.aurosan-shop.de, please enter your AUROSAN customer number in the “customer number” field.

AUROSAN-Kundennummer
After registering, you will receive an automatic email notification with the subject “Your account has been created”. If you have provided your AUROSAN customer number, it will be displayed in the email along with your registration details.

Our customer office will also be informed about your registration and will synchronize your web shop account with our system based on your customer number. You will be informed via email that the synchronization has taken place, so that from this point on you can order at your usual purchasing conditions after registering in the AUROSAN web shop.

You don't know your customer number?
You can find your AUROSAN customer number on our delivery notes or invoices in the “Customer No.” line.



You are not yet a customer of AUROSAN?
If you are not yet an AUROSAN customer and have not provided a customer number, you can order directly in the shop after registration and the email notification “Your account has been created”. An initial synchronization via our customer office does not take place. Your data will be automatically synchronized with our system after your first order.
