Delivery information

Customers are welcome to organize pickup of goods themselves (ex works is our standard).

For the shipment of medical devices we charge an additional 0,75% on net value to cover transport insurance.

Alternatively, we ship worldwide with UPS or DHL. Freight charges are to be born by the customer and will depend on quantities, volumes, and selected freight service level. UPS or DHL

Assuming product availability, we will notify you within 1 - 2 business days that good are ready for pick up.

Alternatively we can arrange freight and customs clearance for you charging effective costs + 15% handling fee.
We ship with UPS or DHL. Standard shipment takes 2-5 business days to most destinations worldwide. Express delivery possible upon request.
